Captains profile
Steve Jones is Captain of the Maiora 24S ‘En’less’.
Steve has worked in the marine industry for over twenty years; he began
his boating career working for Poole Boat Park in Poole, England.
Over time, Steve built up his boating qualifications. Achieving Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Powerboat and Advanced Powerboat Instructor, and SRC (VHF-DSC) Assessor. In 1995, he passed his RYA Yachtmaster (Ocean) and soon after he became a Yachtmaster Instructor.

During this time, Steve was regularly asked to drive charter vessels for
a number of charter companies on the south coast of England. The vessels
ranged from 24 to 85 feet in length.
Known for his
dependability, conscientiousness and people skills, Steve was a popular
choice for those organizing high-profile events.
As captain of this beautiful vessel, Steve continues to demonstrate the qualities that have defined his progressive and well-respected career.
Sierra Lowel
Sierra was introduced to sailing in the waters of the Caribbean as a child. This inspired her to take up career onboard boats after studying aquatic biology at university. Sierra has travelled extensively through central and South America, during the summer of 2006 she has spent time in Europe, recently operating a catering company at the maxi Rolex world race series in Sardinia Italy.

Sierra has sailed extensively throughout the world; in the summer of 2006 she was part of an all women team who won their class in the prestigious Newport- Rhode Island race. Sierra currently holds a USCG captains licence and is studying to complete her RYA yacht master qualification.
